Exchange & Return Policy

  • We do not offer trial services for our products. Opened packages are ineligible for returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to quality.
  • Returns are not accepted for damages due to personal handling, such as self-altered sizes or improper storage.
  • Products damaged through unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
  • Non-compliance with Time Movement’s return policy, including unauthorized returns, absolves Time Movement of responsibility for re-delivery or refunds. We reserve the right to dispose of such goods.
  • Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Variations due to lighting and color discrepancies may exist between the website images and the actual products. The actual product prevails.
  • Products signed for over 48 hours are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned products must be well-packaged, using original or suitable packing materials to prevent damage.
  • Upon receipt, your return will be inspected, a process that may take up to fourteen (14) business days. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
  • Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
  • Damages or losses due to improper return handling are the buyer’s responsibility. Time Movement offers no compensation for such cases.
  • Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, invoices, and the delivery receipt. Incomplete returns, or those with damaged/lost packaging, will not be processed.
  • Purchases made directly from our store are not subject to this exchange policy.
  • Time Movement reserves the right to modify these policies without prior written notice.
